On this subpage are statistics that, whether directly or vaguely, relate to Pilgrim High School's academia, where academia means "the environment or community concerned with the pursuit of research, education, and scholarship" (Oxford Languages). All of these statistics come from the U.S. News and World Report website and are based on the 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 school years. Under the "SAT® and NGSA-based Proficiency" heading, which is below Pilgrim students' graduation rate, are statistics relating to Pilgrim students' proficiency in certain subjects based on their Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), administered by the College Board®, and Next Generation Science Assessment (NGSA) scores. The bar graph below those statistics displays Pilgrim's proficiency in academic subjects relative to other schools in the Warwick Public School district and schools in the State of Rhode Island. Under the "AP® Exam Participation and Pass Rates" heading are statistics relating to Pilgrim students' participation in and passing of Advanced Placement (AP) exams administered by the College Board. Under the "Student Demographics" heading are statistics that relate to Pilgrim student demographics, including gender, race, and financial status.
